How Kalorna handles your personal data.
What we collect
When you request a quote we store the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the treatment you're interested in, and your message. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you.
Why we collect it
Solely to prepare your quote and reply to you. With your agreement, treatment details you share (such as photos or X-rays sent by email) are forwarded to the relevant partner clinic so they can assess your case. We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while your enquiry is active and deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a patient — then records follow the clinic's medical record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time — email hello@kalorna.com and we'll act on it within 30 days. You can also withdraw consent at any time without affecting any treatment agreement.
